Users on Pro and Pro Max plans can choose to import images from their Dropbox drive.

The benefits are:

  • You don’t need to download from your Dropbox locally first, to then upload them, this saves time
  • Dropbox and Img.vision servers connect to each other, speeding up the upload in most cases
  • Your home/work network does not need to transfer the images, hence not incurring large traffic costs when you’re on a metered connection

Warning when connecting Dropbox to Img.vision

This is perfectly safe.

You’ll see this warning when connecting your Dropbox drive:

And when you continue you’ll see:

You safely accept this warning and connect your Dropbox account.

The reason this warning is shown is because we do not have enough customers using the integration with Dropbox yet. Once we reach enough users, we will be able to ask Dropbox to remove this warning.

Folder imports

Since June 29, 2026, you can now import folders from Dropbox. When you import a folder, all subfolders will be also be imported. Img.vision will recreate the same hierarchy of folders and place all images in the right folder.
