Is there a free plan?

Yes, there is a free plan. The free plan only allows you to have 100 public images in your drive. The images are branded with a small unobtrusive mention of our site address in the bottom right corner of the image. There are also various other features not available to you that are available to paying customers.

How does Img.vision’s pricing work?

First you pick an image subscription plan (monthly/yearly). Once subscribed you can keep in your account as many images publicly online as the plan allows. You can then choose to add a video subscription plan or the image editor addon (certain plans offer the image editor for free).

Can I add my VAT number during checkout?

During checkout, the sales tax or VAT will be automatically calculated based on your country. If you add your VAT number, the VAT cost will be removed. In case you forgot to do this during payment, you can add it afterwards on the invoice, and the VAT cost will be refunded automatically.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not typically give out refunds since the service can be consumed instantly meaning usage costs can already have been incurred.

Do you offer private hosting?

We do not offer private hosting i.e. you need invite members and you need to login to view the image. However, we do offer functionality to automatically add randomized characters to your filename after upload. Your images are not shared by Img.vision anywhere online, we also discourage bots like Google to index them. So if you do not share the image link with anyone online, it will be impossible for anyone to guess what the image link is due to these additional randomized characters.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and iDEAL. We use the secure Paddle.com payment gateway to process payments. We don’t handle and store any payment details ourselves.

Can I downgrade/upgrade after registering or after the trial?

Sure! You can downgrade and upgrade at any time. You’ll retain the features of your plan until the period already paid for runs out.

Do you support other currencies?

Prices on this page are in US dollars. When subscribing the amount will be converted in your local currency before checkout. You’ll have a chance to review the exact price before paying.

What if I need more bandwidth or streaming minutes?

We understand that estimating bandwidth or streaming minutes can be difficult. If you hit the limit, we will contact you personally and propose a plan that suits your needs. We’ll keep your account and images online for a reasonable time until you have a chance to upgrade.

Do I get an invoice?

After each payment, Paddle.com will email you an invoice. On the invoice you can add your VAT number and put your company address.

Is VAT included or excluded in the prices listed here?

Prices on this page do not include VAT or sales tax. During checkout you need to select your country and possibly your state. Based on this information, the VAT is calculated and added to final checkout. VAT is not added to the price if you are a company and add your VAT number during checkout.

What is meant by “public” images?

Images in your Img.vision account are by default public, meaning available online for anyone that knows the link. If you upload more images than your plan allows, Img.vision will take offline older images in your account to make room for the new images. These “offline” images cannot be viewed by anyone, not on the internet and not even by you. On some plans you can choose which images to put offline or back online.
