You can upload videos with any FPS.
We will, however, re-encodage videos to 70 FPS playback. If the FPS is lower than 70, we retain the original lower FPS.
We will drop frames if the frame rate is variable (eg. if there are more than 1 frame within 1/30 seconds, we will drop the extra frames in that period).
