Each image subscription has an image limit. Also free accounts have an image limit.

Image subscriptions image limit

Each image subscription plan has an image limit.

You can upload more images than your plan allows. However, these images will be offline by default. They will not be viewable by visitors, or even by you in your dashboard.

If you’ve hit your limit, you can manually use the offline (single or bulk) action in your dashboard to put images offline which frees up space to put other images online (single or bulk action).

You can also select offline images and use the special button that appears (single or bulk) to put the selected images online, and at the same time have the dashboard put the oldest images in your drive offline to make room.

Free accounts and image limit

Free accounts also need to adhere to an image limit.

If you upload more images than allowed, those new images will be automatically offline. They will not be viewable by visitors, or even by you in your dashboard. You cannot put them online, you can only delete them.

Automatic deletion of offline images

Offline images inside free account drives are automatically deleted by a backend job in case you haven’t been an active subscriber for the last 60 days. This job runs multiple times a day. The reason we have this job is to save space on our storage servers.
