Pricing FAQ

  1. How does Img.vision’s pricing work?

    Img.vision offers two separate subscriptions: Image Hosting and Video Hosting. You can choose one or combine both, depending on your needs. Image Hosting is available in three tiers: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Each tier unlocks additional features, while individual plans within a tier increase the number of images you can keep online, offline, and the included traffic limits. All Image Hosting plans include the Img Dashboard and embeddable image galleries (eBay-ready). Professional and Enterprise tiers also include the image editor and shareable hosted galleries. Video Hosting plans include the same features across all plans. The only difference between plans is the number of videos and the included streaming traffic.

  2. Can I store more images than my paid image plan allows?

    Yes. Your plan’s online image limit only applies to images that are publicly online and accessible. You can upload and store up to 10x that limit as offline images (stored, no public URL). This means you can safely store all your images with Img.vision and only activate the ones you’re actively using. When images are no longer needed in listings, you can put them offline again, freeing up space while keeping everything stored and ready for future use. You can go over your offline image limit, a temporary spike is fine, a sustained breach means we will personally contact you to request you to delete images, or consider upgrading to a bigger plan. The free plan does not allow offline images, these are purged regularly if present.

  3. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, Mada), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact and iDEAL. We also accept 22+ South Korean local cards. More info about our payment methods.

  4. Do you offer discounts?

    We offer two months for free when paying annually instead of monthly. This is applied as a 17% discount. Non-profit organizations may also be eligible for a custom discount. Read on about discounts at Img.vision.

  5. Is there a free plan?

    Yes, for the image hosting there is a free plan. The free image hosting plan only allows you to have 100 images online in your drive and up to 5GB of traffic per month. A typical web jpg is 11KB, which means you can show 476,625 jpg images per month. The images are watermarked with “image hosting by Img.vision”. Only the basic features are available to free plans. For the video streaming and image editor plans we do not offer a free plan.

  6. Can I pay with my local currency?

    Prices on this page are in US dollars. However, we accept payment in 28 currencies. At checkout, if supported, the price will be converted to your local currency and charged in your local currency. You’ll have a chance to review the exact price before paying.   7. Are taxes included in the price?

    No, the prices shown the site do not include VAT or sales tax. Taxes are calculated during checkout based on your country and, if applicable, your state.

  8. What if I have a VAT number or qualify for tax exemption?

    If you have a valid VAT number, you can enter it at checkout. This may exempt you from paying VAT, depending on your country. If you forgot to enter your VAT number during checkout and were charged VAT, you can still enter it afterward via the invoice page (linked in your confirmation email). A corrected invoice will be issued, and Paddle will automatically refund the VAT amount. Read the how to guide on VAT on Img.vision.

  9. Who is Paddle, and why do I see their name at checkout?

    Paddle is our payment partner who handles billing, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf. They act as the seller for Img.vision subscriptions. Learn more about Paddle and how it works.

  10. Do you offer refunds?

    We don’t typically offer refunds because usage-based-costs are incurred as from the moment you use our service. You may always contact us with your case.

  11. What if I need more bandwidth traffic or streaming minutes?

    We understand that estimating traffic or streaming minutes can be difficult. If you hit the limit, we will contact you personally and propose a plan that suits your needs. We’ll keep your account and images and/or videos online for a reasonable time until you have had a chance to upgrade. Short over-limit peaks are typically considered okay and do not require an upgrade. We never auto-upgrade your account or charge overage fees.
