From March 31, 2026, payments from Canadian customers will be processed through Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd., incorporated in Canada with a registered office at 22 Adelaide Street West, Suite 3400, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 4E3. For most of you, this is a background change with no action needed.

If you’re a business customer in Canada, there’s one thing to be aware of: Canadian GST/HST and applicable provincial taxes (QST or PST) will now apply to your transactions. Because the pricing mentioned in Img.vision is exclusive of tax, you may see a 5% to 15% increase on your renewal price depending on your province, starting from March 31.

Registered businesses can typically recover these amounts through input tax credits on their tax filings. If you need an invoice showing GST and provincial taxes separately, direct those requests to Paddle.net.

If you’re an individual subscriber, none of this affects you.

Questions? Reach out to Paddle at Paddle.net or to me and I’ll help sort it out.
