You can easily add additional images to your eBay item listing if you have an image drive at Img.vision.
You don’t need to pay any additional fees to eBay to use this method. You do need a paid subscription at Img.vison, which starts at 4.99USD/mo.

Preparation
First you upload your image to your Img.vision drive. And afterwards you select so it’s shown in the preview sidebar.
Drag and drop
Move the Img.vision tab to a separate window shown on the left side of your screen.
Open in another window your eBay listing in edit or create mode.
The two windows should be shown next to each other, or at least, the Img.vision window should be floating above the eBay browser window.
In the eBay window, the description box should be visible so you can drag into it.
Then click and hold, drag the image preview from the sidebar from your Img.vision drive browser window to the eBay description box.
