How do video limits work?
Each plan allows a maximum number of videos to be publicly playable at the same time. You can upload videos anytime, but only the number included in your plan will be active and streamable.
What are “streaming minutes”?
Streaming minutes represent the total playback time of your videos per month. Example: An 8-second video watched 1,000 times ≈ 133 streaming minutes. This keeps pricing predictable, even when your listings get popular.
How are “eBay listing views” calculated?
eBay listing views are estimates based on typical buyer behavior. They assume: Short (≈8-second) autoplay videos and Partial views (not every buyer watches the full video). Actual results vary by listing, category, and buyer engagement.
What happens if I reach my streaming limit?
Your videos stay online, but new views may pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. We never auto-upgrade your subscription and never charge overage fees.
What about high-traffic sellers or viral listings?
All video plans are optimized for online sellers and marketplace traffic. If you expect sustained high volumes or large-scale distribution, contact us for a custom high-traffic plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and unused time is automatically prorated.
What happens at checkout regarding currency, taxes, billing, and refunds?
Prices are listed in USD, but you can pay in a supported local currency at checkout and review the final amount before paying. Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated at checkout based on your location, and VAT-exempt customers can add their VAT number during or after purchase to receive a corrected invoice. Payments, tax calculation, and invoicing are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds aren’t offered by default, as service usage can generate costs. If you believe there’s an issue, feel free to contact us and we’ll review your case.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Your videos will go offline at the end of the billing period and are deleted shortly after.
Can I download a copy of the original video I uploaded?
We do not offer exporting your video files since we do not store the originally uploaded video.
