  1. Do you support HDR (High Dynamic Range) video content?

    If HDR videos are uploaded, they are re-encoded and delivered in SDR format. We do this to ensure that as many devices as possible can view the video.

  2. What desktop browsers are supported for streaming the videos?

    The desktop browsers we support are: Chrome v88+, Firefox v87+, Edge v89+, Safari v14+ and Opera v75+.

  3. What mobile browsers are supported for streaming the videos?

    The mobile browsers we support are: Chrome on Android v90, UC Browser on Android v12.12+, Samsung Internet v13+ and Safari on iOS v13.4+.

  4. What frame rates (FPS) are supported?

    You can upload videos with any FPS. We will, however, re-encodage videos to 70 FPS playback. If the FPS is lower than 70, we retain the original lower FPS.
    We will drop frames if the frame rate is variable (eg. if there are more than 1 frame within 1/30 seconds, we will drop the extra frames in that period).

  5. What if my videos use more streaming minutes than allowed on my plan

    We are happy you have such popular videos. Peaks are usually not problem, but if the video usage is consistently above your plan, we will reach out to you and advise you on which plan to upgrade to.

  6. Can I download a copy of the original video I uploaded?

    We do not store the original uploaded video and do not offer download capabilities.
