We’ve updated our failed subscription payments process:
You will now be alerted pro-actively inside the Img Dashboard if your credit card is going to expire.
We will now try to collect the payment 4 times, incl. 3 retries, each time 7 days in between. We will send 4 emails to you about failed payments asking you to pay. Your account is converted to a FREE plan after the last retry fails.
Our pre-billing notification 2 days before a payment is due is still in place.
