Why we changed our pricing
Our previous video plans were built around very high streaming limits, allowing for extreme amounts of video views. While powerful, this made the plans too expensive for sellers who only needed to upload a small number of product videos, especially typical eBay and marketplace sellers.
So we decided to rethink everything.
Built together with an eBay seller
Over the past weeks, we worked closely with an active eBay seller to understand:
- How many videos sellers realistically upload
- How many views product videos actually generate
- What “comfortable headroom” looks like in real marketplace usage
The result? Pricing that finally matches real online seller traffic, not theoretical extremes.
