Until now, when you requested a backup of your Img.vision image library, we delivered all your images in a single flat folder. This was because of the way images are stored on our platform. While functional, it made it harder to organize your files once downloaded.
We’re excited to announce that backups now preserve your original folder hierarchy. That means your downloaded backup will look just like your Img.vision dashboard, with the same folders and structure you’re used to.
Why this matters
- Easy local organization: Keep your backup tidy and consistent.
- Clean slate option: Want to start fresh? Simply download your backup, clear out your Img.vision library, and upload the images again. With our Folder Upload feature, everything will be restored to the right place automatically.
How to request a backup
Backups are available to all paid plans. To request one, just:

- Send us an email at [email protected]
