Your account was set up on the legacy version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Security and reliability are identical<\/strong> between the two versions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All the same subscription plans are available<\/strong> to you, with no difference in features, image delivery, or pricing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The only difference<\/strong> is that the legacy version doesn&#8217;t include a self-service invoice portal, so you can&#8217;t download invoices yourself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need an invoice, the email address you entered during the initial subscription checkout gets sent a receipt\/invoice email after each successful payment. You can also contact us and we&#8217;ll send over a copy of the invoice you need.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--large)\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Are_we_fixing_this\"><\/span>Are we fixing this?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. Paddle is building a migration tool that will move legacy accounts like yours to the current version, which includes the invoice portal. This tool isn&#8217;t available yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We recommend waiting for this migration rather than doing anything yourself.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When it happens:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It will require no action from you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your account, features, image delivery, and pricing will be completely unaffected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The only visible change will be that the invoice portal button becomes available on the billing page in your dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--large)\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_you_shouldnt_cancel_and_resubscribe_to_%E2%80%9Cfix%E2%80%9D_this_yourself\"><\/span>Why you shouldn&#8217;t cancel and resubscribe to &#8220;fix&#8221; this yourself<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s technically possible to move to the current version early by cancelling all of your active subscriptions (image, video, and image editor, all three, not just one) and resubscribing once the effective cancellation dates have passed. We strongly advise against this, because:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Between cancellation and resubscribing, your account reverts to the free plan and you lose access to all the features you&#8217;re currently paying for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have more than 100 online images, the surplus gets taken offline and may even get automatically pruned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the free plan, a watermark is automatically added to images in your drive. This is reverted as soon as you resubscribe, but there&#8217;s a gap where it&#8217;s active.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancelling, waiting out the cancellation period and resubscribing is not necessary to get the invoice portal, it will arrive automatically once Paddle&#8217;s migration tool is ready, with none of the downsides.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--large)\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Questions\"><\/span>Questions?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have any questions about your billing setup or need an invoice, feel free to reach out anytime.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you don&#8217;t see a button to the invoice portal where you can download your invoices, on the billing page of your dashboard, your account is on our legacy billing integration with Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record.
